  • 3 large potatoes, cubed with skin
  • 4 cup kale, chopped
  • 8 slice bacon
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 clove garlic, minced
  • 32 oz chicken stock
  • 2 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/4 cup half and half
  • 1 salt to taste
